In all honesty I had never heard of this particular
formula until my youngest son needed it.
He was born 5 weeks early & wasn’t doing to well with
taking a bottle,so they had to put a feeding tube in. Even with the tube,the
original formula wasn’t helping him to gain weight & keep it on. I was
informed by a nurse at the hospital that this formula has more calories &
also helps premature babies gain weight. They started feeding him this at the
hospital & rotating back & forth between the bottle & feeding tube.
Once he got better about taking his bottle he started gaining weight & got
to come home. He is now a healthy 6 month old that’s right on track for his
age. I am so very thankful for this formula & everything it has done for my
baby boy. This is one thing I have no doubts about recommending to
parent,especially those of preemies. Of course,ask the pediatrician before
switching.
